Matt & I like the Asian Market on 9 South between 4th and 5th South. I have heard good things about the Latin Market you mentioned, will need to check it out. Don't know of any Middle Eastern Markets, but know there are a few ethnic markets in the neighborhood of about 15th S and below State - there was an African market there, and I remember seeing some others.
For produce I have heard many good things about Sunshine Market, closer to you then me, hence why I have yet to see for myself...
