Mason got hit by a car this morning on the way to school. He's ok.
You can see in the picture a few things - the crumpled handlebars, the pieces of his shirt on his brakes, and the smashed bike helmet. He wasn't wearing the helmet - it was on his handlebars.
Wear your helmet!

Oh my goodness! So not something I want to read about. Yes Mason Helmets are for your head. Please...wear them.
I am so glad to hear that Mason is okay! How scary! I have a great story about my cousin on my dad's side of the family that got hurt really bad skateboarding without his helmet. If you need it to scare him into wearing his helmet.
